- In a blender, add the Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, strawberries, and simple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour half the strawberry coconut rum purée into each glass.
- Top with 1.5 oz white wine in each glass, and 2 oz club soda or mineral water.
- Stir to combine, and garnish with a strawberry.
