Banana Rum Cream Affogato

Banana “nice” cream is one of the easiest things you can make. It’s frozen bananas put in a blender, and you can flavor it with so many things. Add in some Banana Rum Cream and top it with a shot of espresso, and you have an easy, delicious and fuss-free holiday dessert to impress all the adults at your holiday celebration.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Blue Chair Bay Rum Banana Rum Cream
  • 2 each bananas peeled then frozen
  • 2 each shots of espresso

Method
 

  1. Peel and then freeze the bananas.
  2. Add the frozen bananas to a blender or food processor with the Banana Rum Cream.
  3. Blend or process until smooth.
  4. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze until ready to serve.
  5. Scoop the Banana Rum Cream “nice cream” into your serving glass and top with a freshly brewed espresso shot.
  6. Serves two!
