Key Lime Rum Cream Buttercream

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Blue Chair Bay Rum Key Lime Rum Cream
  • 1 pinch of key lime zest
  • 1 each key lime thinly sliced for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well combined and buttercream is light and fluffy.
  • Add additional powdered sugar as necessary until buttercream is desired consistency.
  • Top cupcakes with Key Lime Rum Cream buttercream and garnish with a slice of key lime.
