Remoulade

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp capers rinsed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 T whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp chives finely chopped
  • 1 T Italian parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh tarragon chopped
  • 2-3 each gherkins chopped about 1 T
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
  • Check for seasoning, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Keep chilled.
